UltraTech brought home a Silver trophy at the 2nd edition of Economic Times Human Capital Awards in the ‘Excellence in Change Management’ category for its initiative ‘Project Omega’. The award acknowledges UltraTech’s efforts in fostering a culture of innovation that was enabled by reshaping the organizational structure.
UltraTech works on the philosophy of ‘Keeping employees ahead of business’. With ‘Project Omega’ we have taken this philosophy a step further. The initiative was recognized at the Economic Times Human Capital Awards for its elaborate design of a futuristic organizational structure specific to the manufacturing vertical. Through this initiative, UltraTech capitalized on its in-house resources by upskilling them and making them more agile. The Company aims to provide dignified placements to all its employees and to provide newer opportunities within the business.
The winners of the ET Human Capital Awards were shortlisted through a meritorious jury process, where 800+ entries across 26 categories from 100+ companies participated in the second edition of the awards. This year, the award ceremony was held in Gurugram on 2nd February 2023. Nominations were invited from different sectors like IT, lifestyle, FMCG and such others.
The Economic Times Human Capital Awards aims to inspire leaders to grow their human capital by investing in their people, processes & culture. It is a platform that brings together the best minds in the HR world to spark conversations around the challenges, ideas, and solutions to grow overall human capital.
