July 13, 2023 : UltraTech Cement Limited, India’s largest cement and ready mix concrete (RMC) company, bags two Gold awards across categories at ET Brand Equity’s Shark Awards’23 recently.
The two Golds were for the campaigns #BaatGharKi, and Influencer Marketing Campaign Yashaasvi Pradhaan
The Shark Awards aims to recognise skills that resulted in excellent marketing campaigns across various sectors in the past year by marketing professionals. UltraTech Limited is the only cement company to win these awards.
With the Shark Awards UltraTech’s latest award tally for marketing awards in current financial year is at 13 with the company winning over 130 awards across categories in the last two financial years (FY22 and FY23)
The winning campaign, #BaatGharKi, was conceptualised by the company, as the brand understands Individual Home Builders' (IHB) true motivation behind building a home. A home builder sees a home, not just as a structure but as one of the most important life milestones. Most IHBs often feel the need for an expert to empower them in the process of building their first home.
A recognition platform, ‘Yashaswi Pradhan’, acknowledges and honours visionary pradhans who have spearheaded development in their villages.
This year's Shark Awards received about 300+ entries from across the nation, covering more than 65+ categories.
Categories for this year's awards span across various sectors like Technology, FMCG, Media, Financial services etc. It distinguished work that really stood out, made a significant business impact and is among the most innovative and creative body of marketing work. The winning entries were reviewed by an expert panel of judges, which comprised of marketing industry stalwarts. The final winners were decided by a Jury Board, that had MDs CEOs and Business Heads of 18 leading companies/ businesses.
In 2022, UltraTech won ten trophies including six Gold and three Silver trophies for its #BaatGharKi & #GharEkMaukaEk campaigns at Brand Equity Media Strategy Awards. This year we have won the awards for our Influencer Campaign and further amplification of BaatGharKi across different touchpoints.
